赵龙刚，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师，青岛农业大学科技处处长, 青岛农业大学新农村发展研究院副院长、青岛农业大学乡村振兴研究院副院长。中国种子协会大豆分会理事。

研究方向：植物表型组学；宏观农业政策。

教育及工作经历：

赵龙刚于2007年毕业于青岛农业大学生化与分子生物学专业，获得理学硕士学位，同年7月留校工作。2007年至2013年历任食品科学与工程学院政治辅导员、团总支副书记、团委书记。2015年至2018年就读于沈阳农业大学作物学并获得农学博士学位。2017年至今，先后任职青岛农业大学科技处副处长、发展规划处副处长、青岛农业大学乡村振兴研究院副院长、青岛农业大学新农村发展研究院副院长，青岛农业大学科技处处长。2022年2月，通过硕士生导师资格评定，兼任草业学院硕士研究生导师。

科研与工作业绩：

主要从作物表型组学和农业宏观政策等方面的研究，致力于饲用大豆新品种的培育和配套的栽培技术集成工作。在Computers and Electronics in Agriculture，FOOD CHEMISTRY，Ecological Informatics，PLOS ONE等学术期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇，主持各类课题7项。
