贾丽娟，内蒙古包头市人，博士研究生，硕士生导师。长期从事土壤功能微生物资源挖掘、功能微生物-牧草互作及机制等相关研究。在荒漠草原恢复与保护、盐碱地综合利用等方面取得突破性进展。先后主持国家自然科学基金、内蒙古自治区本级事业单位高层次人才引进项目和内蒙古自然科学基金等省部级项目6项，横向项目1项。发表论文10余篇，其中SCI论文5篇。获得专利3项，登记软件著作权1项。
