李晶晶，女，1991年6月生，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。

研究方向：主要研究方向为草地碳、氮循环及其土壤微生物代谢功能基因挖掘。目前主要开展紫花苜蓿种植对黄河三角洲盐碱地土壤团聚体有机碳的微生物调控机制方面的研究。相关研究成果在《Agriculture, Ecosystems and Environment》，《Global Ecology and Conservation》，《Plant and Soil》，《PeerJ》等期刊上发表。
